Customer Contact Association Standard – The CCA Standard is an operating guide designed to assist organisations in delivering increased levels of efficiency and customer service. Contact centres are independently assessed by approved Accreditation Bodies and recommendations for accreditation are approved by CCA Standards Council.
Most Effective Use of Social Media – the social media teams at UCAS won the CCA Award in 2011.
South West Contact Centre Forum – Winner of Manager of the Year 2009 and Highly Commended for Team of the Year 2009 for the Schools and Colleges Team.
European Call Centre Awards – Highly Commended for Small Team of the Year 2009.
Call Centre Association Awards – Winner of Manager of the Year 2009 and Highly Commended for the Schools and Colleges Team.
In addition, the UCAS contact centre received the CCA Manager of the Year 2009 award and the UCAS Schools and Colleges Team were Highly Commended for Contact Centre of the Year 2009.
